with USEPA as a technical consultant for a group of PRPs. C2 REM
developed remediation approaches and negotiated/obtained Cost Cap
insurance quotes from consultant and insurance firm teams for entire
site remediation activities initially estimated at over $100 million.

C2 REM is the Environmental Coordinator/Consultant
for a group of Potentially Responsible Parties for this California
Superfund site. Work includes: Agency interaction/negotiations, preparation
of a Remedial Investigation/Feasibilty Study (including, Baseline
Risk Assessment); preparation of a Remedial Action Plan; installation
and sampling and analysis of on/off-site groundwater monitoring wells,
and stormwater sampling activities.

C2 REM's work included oversight and coordination
of the design and construction of a RCRA equivalent cap as well as
a gas collection system and monitoring well probe network. C2 REM
continues performing operation, maintenance and monitoring of the
RCRA cap and gas collection treatment system to assure the integrity
of the completed containment system and associated components. Additionally,
C2 REM continues to assist the client in ongoing
evaluations of alternative technologies for a site soil vapor extraction
and treatment systems.
